Protect The Harvest would like to salute our
August Friend of the Land Winners: Lyle and Myrt Woosley.

The Woosleys are from Sedan, Montana and are 5th generation ranchers who strive to produce quality beef the same way it was done when the ranch first started. All ranch work is done on horseback and in addition to raising beef cattle, the Woosleys breed and train quarter horses.

The entire Woosley family is involved in the ranch to continue the legacy started in 1885.

Lyle and Myrt have four children, and they love the company of their grandchildren.

Lyle was named Gallatin Valley Agriculture Committee Outstanding Senior Rancher for 2016- here’s a video from that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xy5x90ja-GM
