When roads are closed it affects everyone, but it especially affects those with physical limitations that cannot simply, “just walk” through our public lands. BlueRibbon Coalition has worked hard to get this legislation introduced that would be the first step in addressing the loss of access those with disabilities face when roads are closed, or don’t exist on public lands.
